John Willoughby

John is a Director of Development in the President’s Office and directs Planned and Major Giving at NAMB. John has spent the past 30 years in full time Christian work; serving as an Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church in Tequesta, Florida and an Executive Pastor at Brainerd Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. John also served as a Special Representative for the President at Campus Crusade for Christ. He was the President and CEO of Leadership Ministries Worldwide.

John has an extensive track record of cultivating progressive relationships with key stakeholders across the business community and the community at-large. He holds an Advanced Certified Stewardship Executive (ACSE) from the Christian Stewardship Association.

John and his wife Toni have been married 43 years.  They are active members of FBC in Daytona Beach, Florida.  The Willoughby’s are proud parents of two sons Jeremy (Karon) & Jason, grandparents of seven and in September 2016 they became great grandparents.

John’s passions include evangelism, discipleship and the ministry of stewardship.
